We sell original products from Polish distribution, with an invoice and batch number. These are the same professional brands we use in our clinics — no counterfeits and no grey market.
Domestic and international shipping
Shipping usually within 1–3 business days — by courier or to an InPost parcel locker, with shipment tracking. Some products we order from the distributor, so the processing time can be longer — we will always inform you of the date. International shipping and personal pickup at any of our three salons are also possible.

What are the rules for using a voucher?
You can redeem the voucher at any J’adore salon within 12 months of purchase. Simply show the code when booking your appointment — any unused balance remains valid until the end of that period.
Does the Black Week offer combine with regular promotions?
Black Week promotions cannot be combined with other discounts. The more favorable price for you applies at purchase.
Can gift vouchers be used in one or in multiple locations?
At all J’adore Instytut salons in Warsaw and Kraków — the recipient chooses the location that suits them.
