Gift vouchers and treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can redeem your voucher at any of our salons in Warsaw or Krakow.

How much does shipping cost and how quickly do you process orders?
Physical products are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, to a parcel locker InPost or by courier. In Poland, a parcel locker costs 13,90 zł, and a courier 16,90 zł; for orders from 300 zł, delivery to a parcel locker is free. For deliveries abroad, the shipping cost depends on the country and you will see it in the basket before payment. Vouchers and packages in electronic form are sent by email immediately after payment confirmation. Free personal collection at the salon is also possible.

You can return cosmetics within 14 days from the date of purchase. Services and treatments are non-refundable once performed. If you were unable to redeem your voucher before its expiry date, contact us — we will try to find a solution.
Where are the J'ADORE INSTYTUT salons located?
Where are the J'ADORE INSTYTUT salons located?
We invite you to three salons: J'ADORE INSTYTUT Żelazna (ul. Żelazna 59, Warsaw), J'ADORE INSTYTUT Mińska (ul. Mińska 29, Warsaw), and J'ADORE INSTYTUT Karmelicka (ul. Karmelicka 45, Kraków). At each of them, you can pick up your store order free of charge.

You can book an appointment online through the Booksy booking system, by phone at your chosen salon, or by purchasing a voucher or treatment package in our online store. After purchase, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date.
