- Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights — a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person.

§ 3. Technical Requirements and Electronic Services
- To use the Store, you need a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail address.
- The Seller provides electronic services free of charge, including, in particular, enabling the browsing of the assortment, using the shopping cart, placing orders, maintaining a Customer account, and using the contact form.
- The Customer may resign from an electronic service by ceasing to use it, deleting their account, or contacting the Seller. Complaints regarding electronic services can be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 1 sec. 3.
- The Customer may not provide illegal content or take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Store.
§ 4. Placing Orders and Conclusion of Contract
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store.
- Before placing an order, the Customer receives information including the main features of the service, total price, delivery costs, payment method and deadline, and the estimated fulfillment time.
- Placing an order requires adding products to the cart, providing the data necessary for fulfillment, choosing the delivery and payment method, accepting the Terms and Conditions, and using the button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay.
- Information about products is an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives a message confirming the acceptance of the order for fulfillment.
- Order confirmation and the content of the contract are sent to the Customer's e-mail address.
- The Seller may refuse to fulfill an order only for a justified reason, in particular when the product is out of stock or the provided data prevents fulfillment. In such a case, the paid funds are returned immediately.
§ 5. Prices and Payments
- Prices are given in Polish Zloty and are gross prices, including all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are indicated separately before placing an order.
- In the event of a price reduction, the Store also displays the lowest price of the product from the 30 days prior to the reduction, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Available payment methods and their operators are indicated each time during the ordering process.
- The payment deadline depends on the method chosen by the Customer. An unpaid order may be cancelled after the ineffective expiry of the deadline indicated in the order summary or confirmation message.
- Proof of purchase is provided electronically, unless applicable regulations or the Customer's choice require a different form.
§ 6. Delivery and Fulfillment
- Available methods, costs, and the estimated delivery time are presented in the cart before placing an order.
- Detailed information is contained in the Shipping Policy: https://jadoreinstytutsklep.com/policies/shipping-policy.
- The order is fulfilled to the address and in the manner chosen by the Customer. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery of the Goods, subject to the provisions regarding a carrier independently chosen by the Consumer.
§ 7. Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days. For Goods, the period generally runs from the day the Customer or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the Goods.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unequivocal statement to the e-mail address indicated in § 1 sec. 3 before the deadline expires. You may use the statutory withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
- The rules for refunding payments, returning Goods, return costs, and statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal are described in the Refund and Complaint Policy: https://jadoreinstytutsklep.com/policies/refund-policy.
- The exclusion of the right of withdrawal regarding sealed Goods that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons applies only if the packaging has been opened after delivery and statutory conditions are met.
- The provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not limit the Customer's statutory rights.
§ 8. Vouchers
- A Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is indicated on the product page, on the voucher, or in the terms of a specific offer.
- A Voucher can be redeemed at J'ADORE INSTYTUT salons at ul. Żelazna 59 in Warsaw, ul. Mińska 29 in Warsaw, and ul. Karmelicka 45 in Kraków, subject to the availability of the selected service at a given location.
- A Voucher can be redeemed in full or in part. The unused balance remains active until the end of the voucher's validity period.
- A Voucher is not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not exclude the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract of an unused voucher concluded at a distance.
- After the voucher has been used in full or in part, no refund is granted for the service already performed, subject to mandatory legal provisions and liability for non-conformity of the service with the contract.
- Booking a service using a voucher is done according to the booking rules of the appropriate salon. Terms for cancellation or rescheduling are provided at the time of booking.
§ 9. Complaints and Conformity of Goods with the Contract
- The Seller bears statutory liability towards the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract.
- A complaint can be filed at the e-mail address indicated in § 1 sec. 3. For efficient processing, it is recommended to provide the order number, a description of the problem, the expected solution, and contact details. Lack of this information does not result in the loss of statutory rights.
- The Seller will respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
- Details are specified in the Refund and Complaint Policy: https://jadoreinstytutsklep.com/policies/refund-policy.
§ 10. Personal Data
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy: https://jadoreinstytutsklep.com/policies/privacy-policy.
§ 11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular the assistance of the competent provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection, a permanent amicable court, or a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
- Information about authorized entities and procedures is available at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
- Using an out-of-court method for dispute resolution is voluntary and does not deprive the Customer of the right to pursue claims in court.
§ 12. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection resulting from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, if applicable.
- Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable regulations. This provision does not impose on the Consumer the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
- The Seller may change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular due to changes in law, payment or delivery methods, or Store functionality. For orders placed before the change comes into effect, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order apply.
- The Terms and Conditions are effective from August 9, 2026.
