Below you will find information regarding delivery methods and shipping costs at J'ADORE INSTYTUT.

Digital Vouchers and Packages

Gift vouchers and treatment packages in electronic format are sent via email immediately after payment confirmation — usually within a few minutes. You can print them out or show them directly from your phone at the salon.

Delivery within Poland

Cosmetic products and other physical items are shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

• InPost Parcel Locker: 13.90 PLN
• Courier delivery: 16.90 PLN
• Free delivery: on orders from 300 PLN
• Personal pickup: free at any J'ADORE INSTYTUT salon

You select the parcel locker on the map directly in the cart — the chosen point is saved with your order.

International Delivery

We also ship to selected European countries. The cost depends on the destination country and is visible during checkout:

• InPost International collection point: 55 PLN — including France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain
• Courier to address: 65 PLN

Free delivery applies only to orders delivered within Poland.

You can collect your order in person at one of our salons:

When choosing personal pickup, we will contact you by phone or email after the order is placed to arrange the details.
