Blemish SOS™ is an advanced spot-treatment gel developed by Medik8 experts, designed for those struggling with sudden skin imperfections. Its unique formula combines effective active ingredients that work synergistically to quickly and effectively combat blemishes and inflammation.

The key ingredient is salicylic acid (2%), a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) known for its exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties. It works by penetrating deep into pores, where it dissolves accumulated sebum and impurities, unclogging sebaceous glands and preventing new breakouts.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is another important ingredient that has strong anti-inflammatory properties, reducing redness and irritation associated with blemishes. Additionally, niacinamide supports the regeneration of the skin's protective barrier and regulates sebum production, which helps reduce the risk of further breakouts.

The formula is enriched with azelaic acid , which has antibacterial properties, fighting the bacteria responsible for acne development. This acid also helps brighten post-inflammatory discolorations, restoring an even skin tone.

Additionally, octadecadienoic acid regulates the function of the sebaceous glands, reducing excessive sebum secretion and preventing the formation of new imperfections.
