The power of retinoids for sensitive skin
0.05% Retinal Cream is an advanced cream based on retinal encapsulated in hydroxysomes — for better stability and effectiveness. It was created for sensitive, highly vascularized skin prone to telangiectasia, which also struggles with acne vulgaris, rosacea, or the first signs of aging.
The formula combines intense yet subtle anti-acne action with a thickening and tightening effect. Its effectiveness competes with professional dermatological preparations — and at the same time, it does not irritate or sensitize the skin.

- Reduces acne lesions and prevents the formation of blackheads — retinal and niacinamide work effectively and also have antibacterial properties, without causing irritation.

Evening ritual
Apply at night to cleansed skin of the face, neck, and décolleté, avoiding the eye area. Gently massage to aid deep absorption, and wash your hands after application.
Start with 2–3 times a week and gradually increase the frequency. In the first 2–3 weeks, peeling or irritation may occur — this is a normal, quickly subsiding symptom; if it occurs, increase the intervals between applications.
During the day, always apply a high-quality mineral filter with zinc oxide SPF 30–50 — it provides comprehensive protection and proper metabolism of retinal in the skin. With proper photoprotection, the cream can also be used in summer.
Indications
For all skin types — dry, normal, combination, oily, and sensitive. Recommended for acne vulgaris, adult acne and rosacea, telangiectasia and blood vessels, discolorations, photoaging, and wrinkles.
Recommended directly after isotretinoin treatment to maintain its effects, as well as when discontinuing prescription retinoids — suggested use for 12 months after the end of local or systemic therapy. NOTE: do not use during pregnancy (the product can be used during lactation).

How does retinal differ from retinol?
Retinal (retinaldehyde) is an intermediate form of vitamin A that directly converts into retinoic acid. This makes it work faster and more effectively than retinol, and it is often better tolerated by sensitive skin and can be effective at lower concentrations.
Will it irritate my sensitive, vascular skin?
The formula was developed specifically for sensitive and highly vascularized skin — it does not irritate or sensitize the skin. Start with 2–3 times a week; transitional peeling in the first 2–3 weeks is normal and subsides quickly.
Can I use the cream in summer?
Yes, as long as you use photoprotective products based on mineral filters. During the day, always apply a filter with zinc oxide SPF 30–50 — this is a condition for comprehensive protection and proper metabolism of retinal.
How long should the treatment last?
The treatment with topical retinoids — if there are no contraindications — should last continuously for 18–24 months. Once tolerance is established (no peeling and redness), the product does not need to be discontinued during professional cosmetic procedures, aesthetic medicine, or laser therapy.
