MD A.C. resurfacing kit — an MD set for acne-prone skin
MD A.C. resurfacing kit is a pHformula set from the MD Line for acne-prone skin. It consists of three products: E.X.F.O. cleanse 100 ml, MD AC active recovery 50 ml and P.O.S.T. recovery cream 50 ml.
pHformula originates from dermatology and works according to the idea of skin resurfacing: instead of mechanically exfoliating the epidermis, it gives the skin a stimulus for faster but controlled renewal. The in-clinic treatment and the at-home products are designed as one whole.
Why it works
E.X.F.O. cleanse cleansing preparation removes makeup and impurities while gently exfoliating thanks to lactobionic acid and papain. Urea and vitamin B5 help keep the skin moisturised.
MD AC active recovery combines mandelic acid, azeloglycine, niacinamide, salicylic acid, zinc and tea tree oil — it limits sebum and the bacteria that promote acne.
P.O.S.T. recovery cream balances the effect of the active step — hyaluronic acid and niacinamide moisturise and strengthen the barrier, while panthenol, aloe and bisabolol soothe.
P.O.S.T. recovery cream provides immediate and long-lasting hydration and supports the skin's immunity — also after sun exposure and under environmental influences such as blue light. E.X.F.O. cleanse completes the set with rooibos extract.
MD Line
The MD Line consists of pHformula home preparations for MD protocols, i.e. higher-intensity resurfacing treatments. They come in minimalist black-and-white packaging and are used during the treatment period and during recovery afterwards.
MD products are selected by the specialist for a specific protocol — from cleansing, through active steps, to creams supporting regeneration.

How to use
- 1Cleansing — Morning and evening, cleanse the skin with E.X.F.O. cleanse and rinse with water.
- 2Active step — Apply MD AC active recovery as recommended by your specialist.
- 3Cream — Finish with P.O.S.T. recovery cream on the face, neck and décolleté.
- 4Filter — In the morning, add SPF protection.
Use the set during and after MD treatments. The frequency of MD AC active recovery will be determined by the specialist.
