At J’ADORE Instytut, we work with the Harmony XL Pro platform featuring Q-Switch technology, which is the gold standard in breaking down pigment particles in the skin. The therapy is gradual – the body needs time to eliminate the fragmented pigment.

How does Q-Switch laser tattoo removal work?

An ultra-short laser pulse targets the pigment, breaking it down into smaller particles. The body then gradually eliminates them through physiological processes. Effectiveness depends on multiple factors: the type of pigment, its color, depth, the age of the tattoo, and individual skin response.

Who is it for?

  • for individuals wishing to lighten or remove a tattoo
  • for those preparing their skin for a cover-up (lightening the pigment)
  • for individuals with unwanted permanent makeup – subject to qualification (depending on the pigment and area)

What affects the number of treatments?

  • photoprotection and sun avoidance before and after the treatment
  • avoiding saunas, swimming pools, and overheating the skin for the specified time
  • regenerative skincare in accordance with recommendations

Contraindications

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • active skin infections and inflammation in the treatment area
  • fresh tan
  • tendency to impaired healing/keloids (requires assessment)
  • other contraindications identified during the consultation
