The wedding is one of the few events where every detail of appearance matters — and where everything is photographed: skin, hands, silhouette, smile. It's worth starting preparations in advance.
Why 6 months is the minimum?
Treatments that yield the best results — Profhilo, Sculptra, HIFU, laser hair removal — work gradually. Collagen produced by the skin after biostimulation is visible after 3-6 months. Hair removal requires a series of 6-8 treatments every 6-8 weeks = a minimum of 9 months for full effect.
"Last minute" treatments (4-6 weeks before the wedding) are possible, but yield limited results.
Plan for the Bride — 6 months before the wedding
Month 6 — Diagnosis and Start
Dermatological/Cosmetological Consultation — assessment of the skin on the face, neck, and décolletage.
Start of Laser Hair Removal — underarms, legs, bikini. First session of Soprano ICE.
Start of Sculptra or Profhilo — if biostimulation is indicated: 2-3 treatments every 4-6 weeks.
Month 5 — Peels and Hydration
Series of Medical Peels (BioRePeel, PRX-T33, Ferulac) — evening out skin tone, unclogging pores, improving skin texture.
Hair Removal — Session 2
Month 4 — Lifting and Tightening
HIFU — if skin laxity of the face or neck is indicated. The effect builds up over 3 months → ideal timing.
Hair Removal — Session 3
Needle Mesotherapy or Nucleofill — quality and hydration of the skin.
Month 3 — Silhouette and Hands
Body Contouring — LPG, Emtone, Cryolipolysis (3 months before = safe timing for possible corrections).
Profhilo for Hands — if hands are important (rings, photos).
Hair Removal — Session 4
Month 2 — Final Corrections
Botox — if planned (e.g., expression lines or underarm sweating). Ideal timing: 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
HA Fillers — if planned (lips, nasolabial folds). 4-6 weeks is a safe margin for swelling to subside.
Hair Removal — Sessions 5-6
Month 1 — Final Touches
Moisturizing Peel or HydraFacial — 3-4 weeks before the wedding: glow, hydration, smoothing.
Eye Area Mesotherapy — 3 weeks before.
DO NOT do new treatments with downtime!
Week Before — Final Treatments
OxyGeneo Geneo or HydraFacial — intense hydration, glow.
Hybrid Manicure or P-Shine — perfect nails without chipping for 3+ weeks.
SPA Pedicure — if wearing open wedding shoes.
Plan for the Groom — 3 months before the wedding
Men usually start preparations later. 3 months is a realistic plan.
Month 3
Start of Laser Hair Removal — nape, neck (to look well-groomed in a tuxedo), possibly ears and shoulders.
HIFU or Profhilo — if the man wants to improve facial contour or skin.
Cosmetological Consultation — selection of skincare routine.
Month 2
Botox — if planned (frown lines, forehead, sweating).
BioRePeel or Ferulac — improving skin texture, pores, color.
Hair Removal — Session 2
Month 1
Revitalizing Treatment — NCTF or EstGen, glow and skin tightening.
Manicure — well-groomed hands (transparent hybrid or P-Shine).
2 weeks before: Hair and beard trimming.
