Osłabione, matowe włosy bez blasku

Weakened, dull hair without shine

How it works: Hydrolyzed keratin integrates into the hair structure → fills in gaps in the cortex → scales seal → shine + smoothing.

What damages hair?

  • Factor: Dyeing / bleaching — Damage: Opening of the cuticle by alkalis, oxidation of keratin
  • Factor: Thermal styling — Damage: Straightener, curling iron >200°C → denaturation of keratin
  • Factor: Chlorine (pool) — Damage: Oxidation, discoloration, dryness
  • Factor: UV — Damage: Photodegradation of keratin, loss of color
  • Factor: Nutritional deficiencies — Damage: Lack of protein, iron, zinc, biotin → weak hair fiber
  • Factor: Chemical treatments — Damage: Perm, decolorization, relaxer
  • Factor: Friction and tangling — Damage: Mechanical damage to the cuticle

Treatments at J'ADORE for damaged hair

Brazilian keratin — deep reconstruction

How it works: Hydrolyzed keratin integrates into the hair structure → fills in gaps in the cortex → scales seal → shine + smoothing.

Additional effect: Smoothing and slight straightening (depends on the formula — a non-simplifying version can be chosen).

Maintenance: 3–5 months.

Nanoplastia — modern alternative to keratin

How it works: Amino acids + nanomolecular proteins penetrate deeper than classic keratin. Less aggressive for the scalp, effective reconstruction of the structure.

Effect: Even shinier than keratin, less smoothing (for those who want volume with shine).

Maintenance: 3–4 months.

Olaplex / bonding treatments (available)

How it works: Bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate rebuilds disulfide bridges in keratin damaged by dyeing and bleaching.

For: Hair after intensive coloring, after bleaching.

Mesotherapy of the scalp — if hair is falling out

If the problem concerns not only the hair structure but also the weakening of the follicles → scalp mesotherapy.

Home SOS — what really works?

Immediate: oiling (oil seal)

After washing (on wet hair) — a few drops of argan oil, camellia, or marula → apply to lengths and ends → dry. Oils "seal" the cuticle, locking in moisture.

Long-term: protein + moisturizing alternately

Hair needs two things: protein (keratin, hydrolyzed proteins) and moisture (deep conditioner, mask). Use them alternately:

  • Week 1: Protein mask (keratin, wheat proteins)
  • Week 2: Moisturizing mask (HA, shea butter, aloe)

Too much protein without moisture → hair becomes hard and brittle (protein overload).

What to eat for hair?

  • Protein: 1.5–2 g/kg body weight (eggs, meat, fish, legumes)
  • Iron: (especially women) — red meat, spinach, lentils + vitamin C for absorption
  • Zinc: Pumpkin seeds, nuts, seeds
  • Biotin (B7): Eggs, liver, avocado
  • Omega-3: Salmon, walnuts, flaxseed
