Podopharm is a specialized Polish podiatry brand used in medical pedicure clinics. Unlike ordinary foot creams, its formulas are designed for specific conditions: mycosis, ingrown toenails, cracked heels, excessive keratosis, or diabetic foot skin. At J'ADORE Instytut, you will find the brand's complete portfolio.

Podopharm Lines

  • PODOFLEX® — the most extensive line. Foot creams in foam (with micro-silver, colostrum, lipids, silver ions, for calluses), 10% urea and cracked heel ointments, pedicure epidermis-softening preparations (spray, gel, pearls), fluid for ingrown toenails, mycostatic tincture, serum and nail-strengthening polish, anti-fungal spray.
  • MYKOGEN™ and MYKOBOOSTER® — anti-fungal prevention: bio-enzymatic exfoliating butter, pH-restoring soap, nail oil and spray.
  • ONYGEN® — cream for nail and nail fold care.
  • SKINFLEX® — dry and sensitive skin care: dermatological soap, SOS stick balm, barrier cream with colostrum, hand and foot masks, lip and body serum, cream for very dry skin.
  • VERRU IMMUNO® and VERRU SHOT® — preparations for the care of wart lesions.
  • OLEUM HERBAL® — active podological oil.
  • SPA — hand and foot bath salts, salt-sugar scrub, magnesium-potassium salt.
  • PODO AIR — compressed air for clinical work.

Foot Care That Makes Sense

Dry, cracking heel skin is usually the result of water deficiency in the epidermis and excessive keratosis — not dirt. Therefore, effective care has two stages: softening and removing calloused skin, followed by regular moisturizing with a preparation containing urea or lipids. Friction with a foot file alone without moisturization intensifies the problem, as the skin reacts with even stronger keratosis.

If you are prone to mycosis, it is worth incorporating prevention — a pH-restoring soap and nail oil — especially if you use swimming pools, gyms, or saunas.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Podopharm suitable for diabetics? The brand is used in podiatry, including diabetic foot care. In diabetes, always consult a podiatrist regarding your care routine — removing calluses on your own can be risky.

Do the products treat mycosis? These are cosmetics with supportive and preventive action. Diagnosed mycosis requires medical treatment and consultation.

How often should I use a urea cream? For severe keratosis, daily for 2–3 weeks, then 2–3 times a week for maintenance.
