Hylanses MD HA Advance Hydration is a concentrated liposomal serum based on three sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules — high, low, and very low molecular weight. Together, they provide active and passive hydration, reaching all layers of the epidermis. This is the basic moisturizing and anti-aging care for dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin.

Low and very low molecular weight hyaluronic acid has been encapsulated in liposomes, allowing it to penetrate the stratum corneum and deliver hydration to deeper layers of the skin. It improves elasticity, provides softness, stimulates the synthesis of endogenous hyaluronic acid, and inhibits metalloproteinase activity. It can be used as a post-treatment product.
Daily ritual
- 1Apply a small amount of serum to previously cleansed skin.
- 2Massage until fully absorbed.
