PCA Skin Smoothing Toner 206.5 ml

The formula is alcohol-free. Lactic acid is part of the natural moisturizing factor and infuses the skin with moisture, while citric acid brightens — both are alpha-hydroxy acids that help remove dead skin cells. Aloe barbadensis leaf juice softens, soothes, and provides anti-inflammatory benefits, while extracts of calendula, marigold, goldenseal, sage, ivy, guarana, and cucumber offer astringent properties.
