PCA Skin Vitamin b3 Eye Brightening Cream 13 g

The concentration of niacinamide in this formula is 5%. Vitamin B3 improves barrier function, reduces transepidermal water loss, and calms redness. Extracts of daisy flower and hawkweed reduce melanin accumulation in the eye area and support lymphatic drainage, polyphenols from Lycium barbarum fruit protect cells against oxidative stress, and mica with iron oxides provides an immediate brightening effect in a universal shade.
