• Mycosis — Foot fungus thrives in moisture and warm shoes; proper care supports treatment but is not a substitute for diagnosis.
• Hyperhidrosis — Excessive sweating causes not just odor, but also macerated skin between the toes.

• Clotrimazole — An antifungal substance. In a care product, it plays a supportive role and does not replace treatment prescribed by a physician.
• Jojoba oil — A liquid wax very similar to human sebum; it absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film.
• Shea butter (karité) — A rich butter with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. It rebuilds the lipid barrier of dry heels.

Cream: a richer consistency that stays on the skin longer—ideal for nighttime use and very dry areas.

1. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly, paying special attention to the spaces between the toes.
2. Take a bean-sized amount for each foot.
3. Massage in circular motions from the toes toward the ankle, finishing at the heel.
4. Use morning and evening; for very dry skin, put on cotton socks overnight.

The manufacturer also recommends this preparation for diabetic feet. However, with diabetes, a golden rule applies: any wound, abrasion, or skin discoloration is a reason to consult a podiatrist or physician rather than treating it independently.

Will this preparation cure mycosis?
No. Care products support the skin and nail plate, but diagnosing and treating mycosis is the job of a doctor. After therapy is completed, regular care serves a preventive purpose—reducing the risk of recurrence.

How often should I use it?
Foot care works best when it is consistent. For dry and calloused skin, apply daily for at least two weeks—initial effects are usually visible after a few days, with lasting improvement after a month.

Can I use it between clinic visits?
Yes, and that is precisely the point of home care. Podiatric treatment prepares the foot, while daily use of the preparation maintains the effect and extends the time between appointments.
