How to use

- Wash and dry your feet, paying special attention to the spaces between your toes.
- Take a bean-sized amount for one foot.
- Massage in circular motions from the toes towards the ankle, finishing at the heel.
- Use morning and evening, and for very dry skin, wear cotton socks overnight.
