estGen Brand · Home Care

The best in-clinic treatment is only half the battle. The other half happens at home — in what you do with your skin over the following weeks. We show you how to structure your estGen routine so that regeneration is truly "complete": morning, evening, and after microneedling.

The golden rule: less, but consistent

estGen works on the skin with high concentrations of active ingredients, so it's not about layering. It's about rhythm and consistency. Two well-chosen products used daily will do more than seven products applied "whenever I remember". Dispense the airless-packaged products in a thin layer — the formula is highly concentrated.

Morning routine

  1. Gentle cleansing — a mild cleanser, free of harsh detergents.
  2. estGen active productActive Gel (oily, vascular, or acne-prone skin) or Active Cream (dry skin in need of regeneration), applied in a thin layer.
  3. Eye cream — gently patted into the orbital area.
  4. PhotoprotectionTarcza FOTO SPF 30 as the final step. This is a non-negotiable step: without UV protection, regeneration and work on hyperpigmentation are pointless.

Evening routine

  1. Thorough cleansing — preferably double cleansing to wash away SPF and impurities.
  2. estGen active product — in the evening, the skin is in repair mode, so this is the best time for the Active Cream or Gel.
  3. Eye cream.
  4. If needed — spot treat with Active Dressing on scars or areas requiring intensive support.

The order in one sentence

From lightest to heaviest consistency: cleansing → active product → eye area → (morning) photoprotection. Always apply actives to cleansed, slightly damp skin.

Below is the complete range of estGen products for the subsequent steps of this routine — from cleansing, through toning and serum, to cream and SPF protection.

Post-microneedling care (dermapen)

If estGen was used during a microneedling treatment, the skin is sensitive for the first few days and needs rest, not experiments:

  • First 24–48 h — only what your cosmetologist recommends (usually a mild regenerating product, e.g., Active Cream). No acids, retinol, peels, or rough sponges.
  • Photoprotection from the next day — mandatory, freshly renewed skin is prone to hyperpigmentation.
  • No sauna, pool, or intense exercise for a few days — sweat and chlorine are irritating.
  • Do not peel off flaking skin — it is a natural stage of renewal.

We explain why estGen works so well with microneedling in our article on growth factors and tissue engineering.

Scars and stretch marks — how to use the Active Dressing

This is one of the brand's most powerful applications. The dressing should be applied systematically, in a thin layer onto cleansed skin, usually twice a day. When dealing with scars, a series of weeks, not days is key — fresh scars and stretch marks respond better than older ones, but even mature ones can be improved with consistency. Results should be evaluated over months, not after the first week.

Common mistakes

  • Skipping SPF — the most common reason why "nothing works".
  • Mixing with strong acids and retinol without a plan — after a procedure and during a regenerative treatment, this is a direct path to irritation.
  • Applying too thick a layer — a concentrated preparation will not be absorbed better; it will simply be wasted.
  • Impatience — stopping after two weeks, before the skin has gone through a full renewal cycle.

estGen skincare tailored to your skin type

estGen Living Mask — regeneration moment — J'ADORE INSTYTUT
estGen Living Mask — regeneration moment

The universal estGen skincare regimen is a good starting point, but skin is rarely "textbook". The same sequence of products — cleansing liquid, toning liquid, Active Peptide Concentrate, NEUROlifting cream, Living Mask, EPI serum, or DEX-STOP liquid — can produce completely different results depending on the skin you are working with. A good routine is not about using everything at once, but about consciously deciding what, in what order, and how often it should be applied to the skin.

Dry skin primarily needs layering and protection of the hydrolipid barrier. The principle "the more hydration, the better" works here, but within reasonable limits — we apply products from the lightest consistency to the most occlusive, giving each layer a moment to absorb. It is worth using the toning liquid immediately after cleansing to prevent a feeling of tightness, and treating the Active Peptide Concentrate as a base for the cream, rather than a product to skip on colder days. NEUROlifting cream can be applied in a thicker layer on dry skin, and in the evening — if the skin requires it — you can seal the routine with an additional layer of cream on particularly dry areas (around the mouth, cheeks). The Living Mask works better here than with other skin types because it acts as an extra boost of hydration that dry skin constantly needs. With the DEX-STOP liquid for this skin type, it is worth being moderate with frequency, observing whether the skin starts to become over-dried.

Oily and combination skin follows the opposite logic — the key here is the lightness of textures and not weighing the skin down with products that sit on the surface. Cleansing with the cleansing liquid should be done consistently morning and evening, without skipping the toning stage, which helps balance sebum levels. We apply the Active Peptide Concentrate in a thin layer, focusing on the zones that actually need it, and the NEUROlifting cream can be limited to a smaller amount or used locally on drier areas (typically the cheeks), leaving the T-zone more lightly hydrated. For combination skin, it works well to differentiate the routine within the face itself — more cream where the skin is dry, less where it is oily. It is worth using the Living Mask less frequently than with dry skin and observing the reaction, and the DEX-STOP liquid — if imperfections appear — can be used more often, always in accordance with recommendations and without combining it with other strong products on the same evening.

Sensitive and reactive skin requires, above all, time. Instead of introducing the entire estGen routine at once, it is better to add products one by one, at intervals of several days, and carefully observe the skin's reaction — redness, burning, or a feeling of tightness is a signal to slow down, not to speed up the care. To start, it is worth limiting yourself to the cleansing liquid, toning liquid, and NEUROlifting cream, and only when the skin has "gotten used to it", add the Active Peptide Concentrate or EPI serum. The frequency of using products with stronger effects — including the Living Mask or DEX-STOP — should be lower than in the standard regimen, and it is best to test each new item on a small patch of skin first. The order is also key here: with reactive skin, it is better to apply products with the simplest composition first, leaving the more active ones for the end of the routine, when the skin is already soothed by the previous layers.

Regardless of skin type, one common rule applies: the skin dictates the pace, not the calendar. If, after microneedling or during more intensive care, you notice that the reaction is different than usual, it is worth returning to the basic, simplified regimen for a while and only gradually rebuilding the full routine.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use estGen together with acids and retinol?

You can, but not simultaneously and not without a plan. During the regeneration period (especially after a procedure), we stop strong exfoliation. If you want to combine actives, set up a schedule with a cosmetologist so they don't "clash".

Morning or evening — when to apply the active preparation?

Ideally twice a day. If you have to choose one time, choose the evening — that is when the skin is in repair mode. In the morning, don't forget about photoprotection.

How long should I use it to see results?

A full epidermal renewal cycle is about 21–28 days, so make your first real assessment after 3–4 weeks. For scars and stretch marks — plan the treatment in months.

Do I need all estGen products at once?

No. Usually, we start with one active preparation matched to the skin type and photoprotection, and add the rest as needed. The selection is determined during a consultation.

We will design a routine for your skin

Don't guess — we will match estGen preparations to your skin type and stage of care.

Educational material — does not replace a cosmetology consultation. Post-procedure recommendations are always determined by the specialist performing the procedure; the above are general best practices. Use professional estGen preparations under the supervision of a cosmetologist.
