Hush & Hush products are nutricosmetics — dietary supplements designed to complement skincare, not replace it. Each formula has one clearly defined purpose: skin, hair or a daily vitamin-and-plant base. At J'ADORE Instytut we carry the brand's full range of six products.

How to use it

Supplements work on a rhythm of months, not days. A realistic horizon for assessing the effect is about three months of regular use, and for hair even longer, because the growth cycle is slow. One formula at a time is usually enough; if you want to combine two, first check whether the compositions overlap.

Nutricosmetics are a supplement to external care and do not replace a balanced diet. If you take medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult supplementation with a doctor.

Most common questions

When will I see the effect? For skin, usually after eight to twelve weeks; for hair, after three to six months. An earlier assessment says little.

Can it be combined with at-home skincare? Yes — that is the point of nutricosmetics. They do not replace serum or sunscreen.

BRIGHTEN+ or CLEAR+? BRIGHTEN+ for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation, CLEAR+ for skin prone to imperfections. If both concerns occur together, start with one and assess after a quarter.
