How to build a routine with pads

Patches are convenient, but it's easy to overdo them. The rule is simple: one active per time of day. Vitamin C and niacinamide in the morning, acids and HPR retinoid in the evening — and never two exfoliating variants on the same day. Start with two or three times a week and observe your skin for a month before increasing the frequency.

After wiping with a cotton pad, do not rinse your face — apply toner or serum to still-damp skin, and in the morning always finish with sunscreen. With the HPR retinoid, sunscreen is a requirement, not an add-on.

What does PDRN mean in No.1 Velvet Renewal cream? These are polynucleotides — DNA fragments used as an ingredient supporting regeneration, known mainly from Asian cosmetology.

What does PA++++ mean on sunscreens? It is the Asian scale of protection against UVA radiation. Four pluses indicate the highest level on this scale; SPF describes UVB protection separately.
