This is a product from the Cicases WH line — a Spanish brand Sesderma, which for years has based its formulas on liposomal technology: it encloses active ingredients in microscopic phospholipid vesicles, so they penetrate deeper and are released gradually, instead of acting abruptly from the first minute.
