Pixel Fractional Laser Voucher

Pixel Fractional Laser Voucher

iPixel is an ablative fractional laser technology used in professional skin rejuvenation and remodeling therapies. The procedure is known as laser resurfacing because it intentionally and in a controlled manner renews the skin's surface while simultaneously stimulating its deeper layers to regenerate. The result is smoother, firmer skin with a significantly improved texture.

What is the iPixel procedure?

The iPixel laser creates hundreds of microscopic columns of action (so-called fractions) in the skin. In these areas, ablation occurs, which is the controlled "evaporation" of micro-fragments of the epidermis and part of the dermis. Healthy tissue remains between these micro-channels, which accelerates healing and allows the skin to rebuild faster than with classic "full-surface" lasers.

What does "ablative resurfacing" mean and why is it effective?

  • Ablative – the procedure disrupts the skin's surface, causing controlled exfoliation and epidermal renewal.
  • Fractional – the laser works in a targeted manner (micro-columns) rather than on the entire surface, resulting in faster regeneration.
  • Collagen remodeling – micro-injuries in the dermis stimulate collagen remodeling, which improves skin firmness and density.

This combination makes iPixel one of the most effective methods for significantly improving skin texture, especially when dealing with scars, irregularities, or deeper wrinkles.

Who is it for? / Indications

  • acne scars (uneven "pitted" skin structure, depressions)
  • traumatic and post-surgical scars (subject to qualification)
  • enlarged pores and uneven skin texture
  • wrinkles and fine lines (especially around the cheeks, mouth area, and forehead)
  • photoaging – thickened, dull skin with a loss of elasticity
  • stretch marks (as part of combined therapies)

Treatment areas

  • face
  • mouth area (smoker's lines)
  • forehead and cheeks
  • neck
  • décolletage
  • selected body parts (e.g., abdomen, thighs – scars/stretch marks)

What does the visit look like step-by-step?

  • consultation and qualification (assessment of skin, therapy goals, phototype, contraindications)
  • cleansing and degreasing the skin
  • local anesthesia with a cream (usually required for iPixel)
  • laser treatment – fractional work on the selected area
  • application of soothing/regenerating preparations
  • discussion of post-treatment recommendations and the series plan

What does the skin look like after iPixel? (exfoliation and recovery)

After the procedure, the skin is usually red, tight, and you may feel a burning sensation similar to a strong sunburn. In the following days, micro-crusting and controlled exfoliation appear – this is a natural stage of renewal. The regeneration time depends on the intensity of the parameters and the area, but it usually takes from a few days to about a week. Full calming of the skin and the growth of the remodeling effect take longer – even several weeks.

Effects and when to expect them

The effects of iPixel are multidimensional: the skin becomes smoother, more uniform, pores appear tightened, and fine wrinkles are softened. In the case of acne scars, a gradual "leveling" of irregularities and improvement in skin texture are observed. The first results are visible after healing, while the most visible effect builds up over 4–12 weeks as collagen remodels.

How many treatments? / Series and frequency

We most often recommend a series of 2–4 treatments performed every 4–8 weeks (depending on intensity and indications). For deep scars or stretch marks, the number of treatments may be higher – we establish the plan individually after a consultation.

Possibilities for combining therapies (Beauty Plan)

iPixel works great as part of combined therapies – especially for scars, stretch marks, and advanced skin renewal. We most often combine it with:

  • Emerge – as a lighter stage between stronger resurfacing treatments
  • ClearLift – for additional firming without disrupting the epidermis
  • DyeVL – when we also want to improve skin tone, redness, and capillaries
  • mesotherapy / stimulators – to enhance regeneration and skin quality (after an appropriate interval)
  • regenerative treatments (e.g., exosomes/polynucleotides) – to support healing and the "glass skin" effect

Contraindications

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • active skin infections (including cold sores) at the treatment site
  • fresh tan or planned sun exposure
  • taking photosensitizing medications (requires assessment)
  • tendency to keloids (requires qualification)
  • cancerous diseases
  • other contraindications resulting from the medical history

Post-treatment recommendations

  • use regeneration and hydration as recommended (barrier creams)
  • do not pick at scabs and do not accelerate exfoliation
  • mandatory SPF 50 and avoiding the sun for several weeks
  • avoid saunas, swimming pools, and intense exercise for the indicated time
  • discontinue irritating ingredients (retinol/acids) for the time recommended by the specialist
