PODOFLEX® GEL UV/LED is a one-phase, acid-free reconstruction gel designed for effective, short-term rebuilding and strengthening of mechanically damaged nails on hands and feet. It is a tool created for podologists and medical pedicure specialists who need a reliable, repeatable method of nail reconstruction in a clinical setting.
Thanks to its advanced formula with a very thick consistency, the gel allows for an extension of the nail plate by up to 2 mm, while simultaneously creating a flexible, protective layer that restores the nails' natural, healthy appearance. Acid-free base and comfort of curing
The formula based on a non-irritating ingredient has been developed for people with sensitive, thin, and damage-prone nails. The absence of acids eliminates the risk of irritation, allowing work with brittle, weakened nails without discomfort for the patient.
The comfort of the curing process is ensured by the mechanismControl Curing— it eliminates the burning sensation, maintaining an optimal working temperature of 20–25°C. This solution is particularly appreciated during longer, multi-layer reconstructions and when attaching an orthonyx brace.
Three substances supporting the condition of the nail plate
The gel contains a complex of 3 active substances that support the condition of the nail plate and limit the development of pathogens — crucial for rebuilding nails exposed to mechanical damage.

Step by step in the clinic
- Prepare the nail plate — clean the surface, giving it an even shape.
- Dehydrate the entire surface of the nail with a dehydrating liquid (recommended IZOTON®).
- Apply the first layer of gel to the area of loss and cure in an LED/UV lamp for 90–120 seconds (depending on the lamp).
- Apply a thin second leveling layer and cure in an LED/UV lamp for 90–120 seconds (depending on the lamp).
- Finish — wipe with a dehydrating liquid, file or polish to shape and shine.
