How to use
- Wash your feet with a prebiotic foam in lukewarm (not hot) water. Dry gently, thoroughly between the toes.
- Apply colostrum cream daily to the entire foot — avoiding the spaces between the toes.
- Twice a week, apply a thicker layer of the mask and leave on for 15 minutes.
- With every application, examine your feet — show redness, scrapes and cracks to a specialist.

How does Daily differ from Intensive?
Daily is everyday prevention for sensitive skin that is still in good condition. Intensive is stronger — for rebuilding the skin barrier of very dry, rough and cracked skin. If the skin is already cracking, start with Intensive.
Will the set replace check-ups at the clinic?
No. This is supportive care, not medical care. Report any wound, ulceration, change in skin color, or loss of sensation in the foot to a doctor immediately — at-home care will not replace this.
How often should you do a mask?
Twice a week is enough. This is a strengthening step, not an everyday one — the basis is gentle cleansing and regular nourishment of the skin with cream.
