PODOPHARM Set: SOS treatment for cracked heels
Three-step treatment for deeply cracked heels
Three ointments that work in sequence: 25% urea breaks down calluses, 10% hydrates from within, and colostrum seals cracks. A professional protocol from J'ADORE INSTYTUT, brought to your home bathroom.
- Softens and relaxes — Ointment for cracked and calloused foot skin
- Deeply hydrates — Foot ointment with 10% urea
- Seals and soothes — Regenerating and soothing ointment with colostrum fat
- 10 ml miniature free + gift wrapping
- Ready-to-use treatment protocol from the clinic
Cracked heels don't need cream — they need a sequence
Cracked heels aren't just a matter of "not enough cream." It is calloused skin that has become so hard and dry that it has lost its flexibility — and cracks with every step. A moisturizing cream alone simply bounces off this layer like a shield. That is why this treatment guides the skin through three stages, in the exact order a podiatrist follows in the clinic.
Why a complete set, not just one ointment
When you buy a single product, you choose one action — usually moisturizing, which is the least effective step for calloused skin. The set works differently: it first breaks down the hard epidermis, then introduces water and lipids, and finally seals the cracks. Each subsequent product penetrates exactly where the previous one has prepared the way. It is the same logic we use in the clinic — brought to your home bathroom, with no guesswork on what to apply and when.

How to use
- In the evening, on clean and dry feet, apply the 25% urea ointment only to calluses and heels. Put on cotton socks.
- In the morning, massage the 10% urea ointment into the entire foot — including the midfoot and toes.
- Pat the regenerating and soothing ointment into cracks and irritated areas, morning and evening, until absorbed.
- After 10–14 days, steps 2 and 3 are usually sufficient — save the first ointment for flare-ups.
Indications
- Individuals with deep heel fissures that cause pain when walking
- Skin prone to hyperkeratosis and calluses that return despite regular pedicures
- Feet dried out by heating, swimming pools, or work footwear
- Patients post-podiatry treatment looking to maintain results at home
FAQ
Can I purchase the ointments individually?
Yes, each preparation is available for purchase separately. The set costs exactly the same as buying the three ointments individually — the difference is that you receive a complimentary 10 ml miniature and a ready-to-use application protocol, so you don't have to guess what to apply and in what order.
How long does this treatment last?
The first, most intensive stage usually lasts 10–14 days. Afterward, the 25% urea ointment is kept for flare-ups, while daily care is maintained with the 10% ointment and the colostrum preparation — these two containers last significantly longer.
Is the set safe for diabetics?
PODOPHARM preparations are also recommended for diabetics, but any foot care routine should be discussed with a podiatrist or your primary physician. If there are any wounds, ulcers, or skin discoloration on the foot — consult a professional first, then proceed with care.
