The tonic for daily home care is designed for dehydrated, sensitive, and couperose skin. The key ingredient is lactobionic acid — a new generation polyhydroxy acid derived from naturally occurring lactose, which acts more gently than classic AHA and BHA acids, without causing intense peeling, burning, or redness.

How lactobionic acid strengthens the skin

Lactobionic acid hydrates and strengthens the protective barrier of the epidermis, stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, and additionally inhibits the action of metalloproteinases and free radicals — thus preventing the formation of wrinkles, telangiectasia, and skin laxity.

The Lacto Tonic Peel Mission is a daily home-care toner designed for dehydrated, sensitive, and couperose skin. The key ingredient of the formula is lactobionic acid – a next-generation polyhydroxyacid derived from naturally occurring lactose, which works more gently than classic AHA and BHA acids without causing intense peeling, burning, or skin redness. It moisturizes and strengthens the epidermal protective barrier, stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, and additionally inhibits the action of matrix metalloproteinases and free radicals, thereby preventing the formation of wrinkles, telangiectasia, and skin laxity. The product does not increase the skin's sensitivity to UV radiation.

The formula is complemented by white jasmine flower hydrosol (soothes irritations, tones, restores the skin's natural pH, and reduces redness), niacinamide (supports ceramide production and improves the epidermal lipid barrier), panthenol (moisturizes and has a regenerating effect), and allantoin (soothes irritations).
