Retises CT — cream

Moisturizing and regenerating cream with pure retinol.

This is a cream from the Retises CT line — by the Spanish brand Sesderma, which for years has based its formulas on liposomal technology: it encloses active ingredients in microscopic phospholipid vesicles, so they penetrate deeper and are released gradually, instead of acting abruptly from the first minute.

The package capacity is 50 ml. Key active ingredients in this formula: retinol. Indications: anti-age.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Classic retinol in liposomes

Retinol is the best-documented anti-wrinkle ingredient in cosmetic dermatology. It acts on two levels: it accelerates epidermal cell turnover and stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen. Encapsulating it in liposomes changes the tolerance profile — the ingredient is released gradually instead of acting abruptly from the first minute.

  • —Epidermal renewal. It shortens the cell turnover cycle, which clearly slows down with age.
  • —Collagen synthesis. It stimulates fibroblasts to rebuild the skin's supporting fibers.

When are the effects visible?

Should it be applied around the eyes?
