Sesbalance — gel

SESBALANCE Gel (30 ml) by Sesderma is a skincare product dedicated to oily, combination and blemish-prone skin that shines during the day and needs its balance restored. The lightweight gel texture absorbs without a feeling of heaviness, supporting the regulation of sebum production and mattifying the skin.

This is a gel from the Sesbalance line by the Spanish brand Sesderma, which has for years based its formulas on liposomal technology: it encloses active ingredients in microscopic phospholipid vesicles, so they penetrate deeper and are released gradually, instead of acting abruptly from the first minute.

The package capacity is 30 ml. Indications: acne and imperfections, sebum reduction.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Combination skin needs two things at once

Combination skin is the most difficult skin type to care for — the oily T-zone needs mattifying, the cheeks need hydration, and a single product usually solves only one of these problems. Sesbalance was developed as a formula that regulates sebum where there is too much of it and hydrates where it is lacking.

  • —Sebum regulation. Limits excessive sebum secretion in the T-zone.
  • —Moisturization. Does not overdry the cheeks or areas that do not need it.
  • —Mattifying. The skin maintains an even, matte appearance for longer.

Does mattifying mean overdrying?

It should not. Dry skin responds with increased sebum production, so drying preparations work opposite to the intention.

Should it be applied to the whole face?

Yes. The formula is designed not to overdry the areas that don't need it.

Is a separate cream for the cheeks needed?

Usually not. If your cheeks are very dry, you can apply an extra layer of moisturizing product to them.

Is it suitable under makeup?
